Project Overview:
The Hogan is a 36-unit apartment building designed for seniors seeking affordable rental options with a cooperative living model. Each unit—either a studio or one-bedroom—features a private bathroom and kitchenette. Communal kitchens, dining, and living areas are available on each floor to promote community. Shared amenities include an exercise room, walk-in bathtub room, laundry facilities, ample storage, a craft workshop, and inviting outdoor spaces for gathering, gardening, and cooking. Each floor’s kitchen serves around 11 units, fostering a close-knit “neighborhood” feel among residents.
