Project Overview:
Broadview at Purchase College is a 40-acre retirement community on the Purchase College campus in Westchester, NY, designed to foster intergenerational living and lifelong learning. At its core is a 10,000-square-foot Learning Commons, blending social and educational spaces for seniors and students. It features a performance hall, art studios, and spaces for workshops and lectures, fostering daily interactions and creating a vibrant campus quad. Broadview includes 174 independent living apartments, 46 villas, 36 assisted-living residences, and 32 memory care suites. Built to LEED Silver standards, it emphasizes sustainability, inclusivity, and a unique connection between the community and academia.
