Project Overview:
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), Joan & Sanford I. Weill Neurosciences Building serves as the headquarters for the UCSF Weill Institute for Neurosciences, which unites the neurology, psychiatry and behavioral sciences departments, and neurological surgery to solve the most complex challenges in brain health. The building was designed to fuel collaboration and bring together multi-departmental clinics and clinical research centers along with dedicated laboratory science, engineering, and computational support spaces. As a cross-disciplinary hub, the building will drive advances aimed at new treatments for disorders of the brain and nervous system while providing expert, compassionate care for patients.
