Project Overview:
The Eskenazi Health Grande Campus is a groundbreaking 12-acre, 95,000-square-foot healthcare community center transforming Indianapolis’ Northeast Corridor. Designed hand-in-hand with the community, it serves as a one-stop hub for medical, mental health, and social services while celebrating local culture through art, color, and material choices. A unifying architectural “ribbon” weaves together the building, landscape, and partnerships between Eskenazi Health, the Marion County Public Health Department, and residents. Achieving LEED Silver certification, the campus embraces sustainability with green spaces, natural light, and pedestrian-friendly design. Welcoming, inclusive, and restorative, it sets a bold new standard for holistic, community-driven healthcare environments.
